There are nineteen civilizations and a torrent of leaders to choose from in Civilization 6. Since there is a massive number of leaders, it will always be hard to choose the right one.
We have prepared a tier list of all the leaders from best to worst so you can find the right leader to lead the small tribe into a great civilization.
Civ 6 Tier List
Choosing the right leader is a must in this game. He sets the gameplay and helps approach the game differently. So, in order to make your decision easier, we’ve categorized all the leaders based on their influence, attributes, philosophy, and power into five tiers.
Civ 6 S-Tier
These leaders are the best leaders in the game. They have great stats and great ability. They are very much apt to win or at least influence the game in a very effective way. These leaders make this game a little easier because of their unique and lethal power. You can dominate the enemies easily with these leaders

A-tier leaders are great leaders in the game. They are actually great choices to have in the game. But there are a few attributes that make these leaders not qualified to be on the S-tier list. Their abilities fall short in some scenarios in the game.

The B-tier list represents the dependable leader in the game. These leaders can get your job done in the game, but it will be very tough to play with these leaders. Some of the abilities of these leaders are quite powerful in the initial stage of the game, but they cannot keep up as you move on with the game.
