Skins are how you customize your character in Fortnite, and you can get them on the Item Shop, or by buying and leveling up your Battle Pass.
The bulk of the skins is on the Item Shop, though. The store gives you the opportunity of buying something unique that not many players have. It gives you the opportunity of looking like a character you like from different movies or shows.
Fortnite updates the store every day and overhauls all of the items every season. For example, in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season Two, there is Attack on Titan skins and accessories.
In any case, let’s help you browse through the available items, and pick the coolest ones for your avatar on both the Item Shop and the Battle Pass.
Levi & Mikasa Bundle
Attack on Titan is one of the biggest animes of all time, and one of the highest-rated TV shows ever. It’s only natural that it has a legion of worldwide fans ready to consume whatever it offers.
So, we bring you the Levi & Mikasa bundle. The pack gives you a Mikasa Ackerman Skin, a Levi Ackerman Skin, an Ore Light back bling, a Transformation Serum Back Bling, an emote, and a Loading Screen picture featuring the two Survey Corps soldiers.
Lastly, both Mikasa and Levi have two styles. You can wear the skins with or without a cape.
Eren Jaeger
You can’t go wrong with everyone’s favorite war criminal, the anti-hero that forsook an entire world to save the ones he loved.
Eren Jaeger becomes available immediately if you buy the Battle Pass—there’s a chance that many players have it, as there’s no bar to getting it.
The skin comes in two styles—with or without the cape.
Chris Redfield
Resident Evil fans can get a Chris Redfield skin. The skin comes in two styles—a black suit or a military outfit. The black suit is the one he wears in Resident Evil: Village.
Aside from the skin, the S.T.A.R.S team member gets a Green Herb as a Back Bling. It doesn’t make much sense, and it also won’t heal you…but it’s fun. Additionally, you can change it to a Red or Blue Herb, as it has three styles.
And while we wait for a Leon Kennedy skin after RE:4 Remake, we have…
Jill Valentine
Jill Valentine, another member of the S.T.A.R.S Team and recurrent protagonist of the Resident Evil franchise is also available.
The skin comes with a hilarious “Saving Keystroke” as a Back Bling. Do you remember these things? Is what you use to save your game on most Resident Evil entries.
Aside from that, the skin has two styles. She can wear her standard police officer suit, or she can look like she does in Resident Evil 3, on Racoon City.
Headliner Imani
I believe Headliner Imani is the only skin you can get for free in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2. That’s why it’s a bit hard to get it.
What you need to do is complete the season’s Week 1 and Week 2 quests, which you can check in the Quest tab.
The reward is worth it, though. The skin is quite cool. And if you’re wondering where it is, you can find it in the “Quest Rewards” section of the Battle Pass.
Ava (or the Underland Nexus Set)
Ava is part of the Underland Nexus Set. This is an original skin featuring two styles. The two styles are the reason why this skin has become so popular. Additionally, the skin includes Back Bling.
The skin open on the left looks edgy and feminine, while the costume on the right looks pretty girly and cute. You can choose either version on your Locker.
You’ll get a “Tarr’s Heart” back bling, “Ava’s Ravers” back bling, a weapon skin, two loading screens, and an emote.
Renegade Robotics Bundle
The Renegade Robotics Bundle packs another original skin. It’s new for Chapter 4 Season 2, and it packs various goodies.
For starters, you can get a backpack to put on your back (duh!), a skin for your harvesting tool, a weapon skin, and a loading screen.
In my experience, not many people have it, and it looks quite cool. Give it a try!
The Rogue Laroi
The Rogue Laroi is part of Fortnite’s Icon Series, which turns real-life personalities (gaming, entertainment, sports, etc) into the skin. Rogue Laroi is a version of pop-rock musician Kid Laroi. The skin looks more like a country rock singer, though.
That said, the skin has four styles, but the leather jacket and black shirt remain the same across styles. But you can go with or without a hat, have a robot face, or rock an alien face.
Lastly, the skin includes “The Tragic Blade” Back Bling, and also “The Tragic Blade” harvesting tool
Kid Laroi
There’s also a regular Kid Laroi outfit. You can wear the skin of the Australian singer, which includes his iconic hairstyle, a shirt that says “Leave me Alone,” and sunglasses.
You also get a “Get My Bag” Back Bling, and various styles for the main skin. One of these styles turns your skin blue.
Hoplite Giannis Antetokounmpo Bundle
There’s a skin for NBA player Giannis Antetokounmpo. However, you won’t look like an athlete; you will look like a mythic gladiator instead, with massive armor and thunder coming out of your eyes.
The skin includes a shield to wear on your back, a diamond spear as your harvesting tool, and a dance emote.
Lastly, the skin has three styles. The first style has a crown instead of a helmet, while the other two styles have two types of helmets.
Giannis Antetokounmpo Bundle
There’s more, though. There’s a secondary bundle featuring several styles for Giannis, on top of various goodies.
The package comes with a glider (black wings), alternative Back Blings (another wing or a pair of axes), a weapon skin, and a spray.
The styles feature the player in various African-type suits. Some of these are reactive, which means they will change colors when you consume healing items.
Vibing at Coachella Bundle
Fortnite is currently selling a bundle with skins and accessories inspired by the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. There’s also a popular game mode that takes you to a digital alternative to the musical party.
The colorful bundle plays nicely with Fortnite’s light-hearted vision. It packs a male skin with two styles, a female skin with two styles, two Back Blings (with different styles), two styles for your harvesting tool, a weapon skin, and a loading screen.
Rocking at Coachella Bundle
There’re several Coachella bundles available, but this is the one I like the most (I’m a rocker). The package includes male and female skins with a rocker theme, two Back Blings, two harvesting Tools, and a mean-looking weapon skin.
Particularly, both the male and the female skins have three styles. Two of which are quite similar, but the third one gives you blue skin.
The Back Blings are also a highlight. There’s a neon-lit cactus (“Sqaguaro”), and a neon-lit black shart that moves (“Finfin”). Also, one of the harvesting tools is a heavy metal guitar, nice!
Crymsonmbloom Mystica & Mystica
Crymsonmbloom Mystica is part of the Battle Pass. You need to buy the Battle Pass, level up your character to level 46, and claim the reward. Also, you have to claim every reward of the Battle Pass on page 8 to claim it, which means you need to buy the Battle Pass.
This is an original skin that makes you look like a Japanese folklore demon. You wear an armor of volcanic ash, an ethereal head, and neon-glowing teeth. It’s lit!
Similarly, you can unlock the very similar Mystica skin, which becomes available at level 41. However, you can claim every reward of the Battle Pass on page 7.
Double Agent Pack
The Double Agent Pack gives you the look of an NPC henchman. As a bundle, though, it includes several cosmetics, all of which carry various styles.
The cosmetics include Double Agent Hush, Double Agent Stripe (Back Bling), Double Agent Wildcard (the Vault guards), Double Agent Hard Case (Back Bling), Chaos Double Agent, and Double Agent Ooze Unit (Back Bling).
Overall, it’s three skins plus three Back Blings. Epic Games introduced these skins in Chapter 2, so they might go away from the store soon.
Midnight Snack Thunder (& Thunder)
Midnight Snack Thunder is a snake with a white jacket, a salmon t-shirt, tattoos, and a rapper style. He’s on page 6 of the Battle Pass. You need to claim every reward on page 6 and reach level 32 to unlock it (you need to buy the Battle Pass).
A similar skin is on page 5, thunder, a gray-skinned version of the same outfit wearing a red leather jacket.
Pack Leader Highwire
The Pack Leader is on page 12 of the Battle Pass. You need to claim every reward to get it.
What I like about it is how not many players have it, unlike other Battle Pass skins. It looks original, badass, and dark. The latter is quite important, as it allows you to hide more easily when you play the Battle Royale.
Arrival of the Empress
Lastly, “Arrival of the Empress” is the last item on the Battle Pass. You can unlock her at level 94 and after claiming every article on the page.
The skin outfits you with an original princess warrior.
Here’s a video showcasing the skins:
