Black Desert Online is a fantasy role-playing game full of amazing characters. With plethora of customizable heroes, you go on various epic journeys, killing demons and claiming the castle. Moreover, this game also features PVP gameplay in which you fight against players around the world.
Each characters, termed as classes, influence the game in their own way. So, it is very difficult for players to choose the right one for their team. To help you on this, we have prepared this tier list from best to worst.
Black Desert Online (BDO) Class Tier List
The heroes in this game are categorized into five tiers on the basis of their attributes, power, combos, and overall influence in the game. This tier list is valid for all PvP, PvE, and Guild PvP. Let’s start.
SS-Tier
SS-Tier represents the best heroes in the game. There are three heroes in this list. They are mystic, Striker and Musa. Striker is very powerful with extremely effective clearing abilities in Players vs. Environment. They are easy to use and are very powerful heroes.
Mystic yields the most power in the game and the best awakening abilities. And it also has high resistance and dominating abilities.
Finally, Musa has a great area of effect and is very adaptive in any situation in the game.

S-Tier
S-Tier is the second-best hero in the game. Warrior, Valkyrie, Maehwa and Berserker are four heroes in this tier. They have a prominent effect on the game.
Here, the warrior is very easy to learn and is the most balanced hero in the game. Valkyrie can do great damage to the opponents, and their combos are very devastating.
Likewise, Maehwa is great at the defensive side of the game as they have great mobility and are great at short distances.
Berserker on the other hand has an immense health bar with great damage and they are very versatile during the attack.

A-Tier
A-Tier has good heroes, but they lack that influential factor. This tier features four heroes namely Wizard, Dark Knight, Tamer, and Witch. Here, Witch is equipped with great crowd control power, but they are a little fragile.
Meanwhile, Wizards are very powerful agents with great healing ability. They are also relatively fragile and one needs a great knowledge of the game to use it effectively.
The Dark Knight on the other hand is equipped with one of the most balanced combos in the game, but most of the other aspects of this hero are just average.
Tamer is a very agile hero equipped with decent combos, but they are very fragile.

B-Tier
B-Tier heroes are average heroes with very less to nil influence on the game. You can pick them if you don’t have any higher-tier heroes. This tier features three heroes : Sorceress, Ranger, and Archer.
The sorceress is equipped with great magic damage along with great area of effect but is very vulnerable in the duel.
Ranger is equipped with long-range damage and is very good in most aspects of the game, but it does not excel in any situation, and it is very hard to learn.
Similarly, Archer is also ranged hero with crossbow as a main weapon. Unlike other classes, it starts automatically with its awakened weapon. It is very fast in shooting and dodging and hence making it a very favorable choice for PvP.

C-Tier
C-Tier is not preferred in the game. They are good for the initial part of the game, but as you rank up, these heroes are of no use. There are three heroes in this category.
They are Ninja, Kunoichi and Lahn. Ninja has good titanic power, but it has very low mobility and is comparatively slow. Kunoichi is good at the range but very fragile, and you need great game knowledge. Lahn is an average hero with very less accuracy.
